Wylie ISD invites staff, students, families, and community members to help us honor six incredible educators who are retiring this year at a come-and-go Retirement Reception on Monday, May 6, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM at the Wylie Performing Arts Center (4502 Antilley Road, Abilene, TX 79606).
This special event will celebrate the dedication and service of:
Lisa Mayes – Early Childhood
Rose Bristow – West Junior High
Dana Elliott – West Junior High
Alice Hall – High School
Carla Hooper – Early Childhood
Chad Widder – High School
Guests are invited to drop in at any time during the event to visit, share a hug or handshake, and enjoy light refreshments. These retirees have touched countless lives throughout their careers, and this reception is a chance for the community to say thank you.
