A large group of elementary students enthusiastically raise their hands, following along with a performer on stage in a colorful outfit during an engaging school assembly.

Students at Wylie West Elementary went on an unforgettable adventure with Elizabeth Kahura, who brought Africa to life through an interactive lesson filled with music, dancing, and culture. From learning Swahili greetings like "Jambo" (hello) to embracing the spirit of "Hakuna Matata" (no worries), the kids were immersed in the rich traditions of Africa.

Elizabeth’s energetic teaching, complete with vibrant stories and hands-on activities, captivated the students and left them inspired. A big thank you to Elizabeth and her Safari Program for sharing this enriching experience!
